Italian Chop Salad

I feel like we’re heading into “people popping by” season. Suns out, days are longer, and it feels more social. That being said I’m sick of a cheeseboard for my guests. I’m now into a big massive platter salad that is equal parts delicious, beautiful & filling!

Radicchio Salad

I told my friend the salad was so simple and she laughed and said “yes if you have speckled arugula, manchego cheese, and fancy olives”. She is correct. Everyone should have these things in their fridge at all times.

Dijon Thym Pork Tenderloin

So delicious it can’t be healthy, Pork Tenderloin with a 5-ingredient dijon glaze. This kind of protein is the perfect segue into going from heavy holiday meals to clean new year’s eating. All the flavor without compromise is my M.O.
