Look, I would lick a rock if it made my skin glow and made my feel better. But this is the next best think and tastes light, fruity and delicious. Ingredients that are good for your gut, that detoxify, debloat and leave you feeling glowing from the inside out.
I know how hard it is getting out the door in the morning, so make these the night before, freeze them and serve the kiddos “popsicles” for breakfast en route to school. No more tears and tantrums when they don’t want what you’re serving. The recipe makes enough for mom and dad to enjoy one too!

Recently they did a Beauty smoothie with Hailey Bieber – it sounded delicious, and have yet to try it, but after looking at the ingredients, I felt like I had a couple of tricks up my sleeve to improve it!

Here’s the thing, you can make the same recipe over and over and over and it might never taste the same when it comes to smoothies. Mainly because fruit and veg can vary in sweetness, water, ripeness, etc etc. This recipe, however, is fool proof and always hits the spot.
