Pavlova
This is the only recipe on here that has refined sugar, and I’m okay with that because this is the ONLY dessert that I know how to make. I have also made it so many times, that I have found a sort of foolproof way to make it.
I am not re-inventing the wheel with this one — merrily, just taking juicy, tangy, sweet, and delicious raspberries and amplifying them with a wonder ingredient — hyaluronic acid. Use this on plain yogurt, grain-free protein brownies, smoothies, or oatmeal. It is versatile and delicious!
This is the next best thing to pumpkin pie – except it’s good for you and packed with protein!
Who else always has some rice left over? No one? Cool! Then make a pot of rice and MAKE THIS. It is a healthy, guilt-free dessert that is warm and cozy.
Let’s face it, that’s the fancy way of saying apple sauce. It’s apple sauce. And it’s delicious. And you need it in your fridge at all times this fall!
I know how hard it is getting out the door in the morning, so make these the night before, freeze them and serve the kiddos “popsicles” for breakfast en route to school. No more tears and tantrums when they don’t want what you’re serving. The recipe makes enough for mom and dad to enjoy one too!
With those two things in mind, I created a morning coffee/post-workout smoothie hybrid – like a Starbucks Frappuccino but better — so 90-minutes after I wake up and shortly after my morning workout, I get both my caffeine and protein.
I used Simple Mills boxed brownie mix to make these easy, added Sweet Kick MACRO SHAKE to add protein and prebiotic fiber, and through in an entire zucchini because why not! Do not sleep on making these!
Only the easiest and BEST snack on repeat. Watermelon with tajin & lime ? Equal parts sweet, salty, spicy, and sour!
These were developed for my friend’s daughter, who may I add, raves about them! They have no refined sugar, wheat, oil, gluten, or dairy (other than eggs) and are a sweet treat ready in 30 minutes! Top with lily’s chips if you’re feeling wild.
