Wendy’s Workout Tonic

My friend Wendy is in great shape and takes excellent care of herself so anything she does, I follow. She drinks a version of this tonic and sips this before, during, and after workouts for energy and repair!

Ingredients

  • 2 bags green tea steeped in 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp liquid vitamin C
  • 1 1 scoop of @vitalproteins collagen
  • A healthy dash of cayenne
  • A squirt of liquid stevia

Instructions

  • Blend it up and transfer to a drinking bottle and top with filtered water ? LFG!!!!

Notes

Green tea has caffeine, the apple cider vinegar + cayenne rev up your metabolism and the collagen has protein for muscle and joint repair! (Reminding you I am NOT a doctor but this sh*t is the bomb)
