RECESS MOOD ELIXIRS
I’m obsessed with @takearecess – it’s always in the fridge at all times to calm me down, take the edge off and lift my mood ✨ And now they offer it in a powder form that can be added to almost any beverage or to have just on its own with water on the go ??♀️ But cause I’m fancy I created 3 recipes below using each flavor:
Ingredients
TAKE-A-CHILL-PILL TONIC ?
- 3 tbsp lemon juice (or one whole lemon)
- 1 inch knob of ginger peeled + sliced
- few sprigs mint
- 1 stick RECESS lemon mood powder
- 1 cup water + ice ?
BERRY HAPPY SMOOTHIE ?
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or collagen
- 1 stick RECESS berry mood powder
- 1 cup almond milk
COOL + COLLECTED COFFEE ☕️
- 2 shots espresso
- 1 cup milk of choice
- few drops stevia
- 1 scoop marine collagen
- 1 stick RECESS unflavored mood powder
Instructions
- TAKE-A-CHILL-PILL TONIC ?: Steep the first 3 ingredients in boiling water for 15 minutes. Strain, add cold water, mood stick + ice and enjoy on a hot day.
- BERRY HAPPY SMOOTHIE ?: Blend and chug post workout.
- COOL + COLLECTED COFFEE ☕️: Froth or blend all ingredients hot. Serve and get your coffee jolt without the jitters.
