Activated Matcha

Week one sans coffee ☕️, and I’m ok, and no one has died. But man, I miss its sweet succulence. For now, I’m mixing my matcha as I would drink my coffee, and it seems to be doing the trick:


  • 1 packet foursigmatic each lions mane & cordyceps
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp mucuna
  • few drops stevia
  • 1 cup plant milk


  • Start by frothing your matcha powder with hot water, not boiling.
  • Then add all your functional ingredients, and froth those in.
  • Add warmed milk of your choice and enjoy!
