I have found through experience that trying to tackle IT all at once doesn’t lead to lasting change. As a student in my own journey in health, I have first-hand experience with initial feelings of failure, burnout, and defeat.
Nowadays, we are fed endless information and options: it can be overwhelming. The people we see on social media seem “perfect” or do not appear to struggle, making it look effortless, but it’s not. Getting to your goals isn’t linear. It is not a one-size-fits-all; it is unique to each individual – you. We can make this a fun and rewarding journey.
My approach is quite simple:
- Dive into your health history and establish your BIG goals
- Look at the areas of your life that aren’t food: relationships, career, creativity, spirituality, joy, finances, social life, and home environment, to name a few.
- Take a look at your diet, eating habits, and patterns around food
- Take a more micro approach to where you want to go by setting small, attainable goals based on our findings in areas you can improve!
No crash diets or food fads. No crazy unattainable goals.
Through 1:1 coaching, we can start weeding through the maze of wellness and streamline where you want to be, keeping it simple, approachable, and doable.
The only requirement for membership is to be a little better today than yesterday.
