The Meal Prep Green Smoothie

Here’s the thing, you can make the same recipe over and over and over and it might never taste the same when it comes to smoothies. Mainly because fruit and veg can vary in sweetness, water, ripeness, etc etc. This recipe, however, is fool proof and always hits the spot. 


  • 2 ripe bananas 
  • 2 small apples (any kind green + honey crisp are my faves)
  • 2 cups 2 cups frozen spinach
  • 2 knobs ginger (add more if you love it)
  • 1 handful mint
  • 2 cups frozen passion fruit (or pineapple, raspberries, or something tangy)
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 cups plant milk
  • 3 cups water
  • 3-4 scoops plant protein (I use @nufyx unflavored plant protein)


  • Blend on high, pour into 4 16oz mason jars, and save in the fridge. Perfect for when you're ok the go or after a workout or between meetings ? you are welcome


The best part: it stores in the fridge for up to 4 days and still tastes AMAZING. I’ve tested it a few times now.
Hot tip: try it this way first even if you don’t like certain elements because there is a method to the madness.
Whole Foods has frozen passion fruit or Costco, but if they don’t use pineapple or raspberries – something with some tang!
