Kroma Quinoa Salad

The KROMA meal prep salad ? This is my go-to nutrient-dense salad while I’m on the @kromawellness reset, but it has become a weekday staple (I make a big batch on Sunday). 


  • 3 cups cooked quinoa cooked it in broth for added nutrition
  • 2 cups roasted cauliflower
  • 2 cups roasted fennel
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 lemon juice of
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • fresh basil, cilantro or mint or all
  • salt & pepper


  • Add all the above to a big bowl and combine. That's it. Add more cooked vegetables that you have on hand, also.
  • I like to mix in cooked chicken.


It keeps for up to 5 days and stays beautiful and delicious. Top it with some fish or chicken for an added boost of protein ?
