Green Goddess Tuna Salad

This green, delicious, spa-like salad couldn’t be more perfect. Thanks to our Blue Harbor Tuna, we are protein-packed and crunchy, crisp, cool, sweet-ish, and herbaceous! This is the ultimate best of all-worlds healthy salad! The almost-ripe pear is also a welcome surprise. I insist you try it. I believe in not over-treating the tuna either; it perfectly melds with all the flavors.

Blue Harbor Wild Salmon Grand Aioli

A Grand aioli is an elegant French dinner platter with garlicky aioli, vegetables prepared in different ways, fish, eggs, and meat. I genuinely feel like it is a grazing board that went to school abroad – and I’m okay with that. Gone are the days when we want to spend $200 on meat and cheese that goes to waste. Let’s normalize serving graze boards that are packed with flavor AND nutrition. Instead of the usual shrimp, I used Blue Harbor Salmon Chunks soaked in the dressing, and WOW, was it delicious.

Mediterranean Warm Tuna Pasta

This is a cross between linguine and clams and a puttanesca. It has that briny seafood element thanks to Blue Harbor Wild Albacore Tuna, olives, tomatoes, lots of garlic, and olive oil to perfectly coat each pasta noodle with flavor. I leaned into the Mediterranean flare and finished it with some crumbled feta. Make this for a delicious date night or family-style dinner!
