Healthy hot dogs

Healthy Hot Dogs ? do exist and are on rotation for a quick easy lunch. I feel bad that hot dogs get such a bad rap so I made them better for you!

Ingredients

  • 2 Niman Ranch Fearless Uncured Beef Frank
  • 2 siete cassava tortillas
  • 1 slice Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free American Slices cut in half on a diagonal
  • 1 tsp (or a spread of) follow your heart soy free vegan mayo
  • Primal Kitchen sugar-free ketchup
  • Shaved romaine & red cabbage (optional)
  • Thinly sliced red onion (or quick picked)
  • Bubbies dill relish
  • Grainy or dijon mustard (optional)
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  • Set oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and give it spray it with some cooking oil.Place your franks on it and cook for 20 minutes (I like them best like this but feel free to BBQ or boil)
  • Start assembling your dog.I heat up my tortillas for about 10-15 seconds in the microwave.Layer with a schemer of the mayo, place the cheese, and start layering all of your fixings as your choose.The more veggies the better!
