The Junie Salad
Ingredients
- 2 heads Boston or bibb lettuce or any green of your choice
- 1 shallot thinly sliced
- Mimolette cheese (a generous amount) grated
Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp champagne vinegar
- 1/2 tsp truffle salt
Instructions
- Arrange all the ingredients in a bowl!
- Shake the dressing ingredients in a jar.
- Spoon the dressing on the salad and then serve immediately.
