Sesame Hummus

SESAME HUMMUS

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 cups organic chickpeas
  • 2 lemons Juice of
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1.5 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cold filtered water or more to make it your desired consistency

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Add the water a couple of tablespoons at a time to thin it out to desired consistency.
  • And that is all! Enjoy with your favorite veggies, on a wrap, sandwich or as a dip with some blackened chicken – yum!
