Ginger Chia Fizz

The world's best rescue remedy when you may (or may not) be under the weather. It's also a refreshing mocktail or cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 6 lemons Juice of
  • 1/2 cup peeled fresh ginger just a lot of it
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3-1/2 cup fresh honey I also decrease this and use stevia
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ice + sparkling water 

Instructions

  • Add 1-2 cups of boiling water to a blender and add the lemon juice, ACV, ginger, and honey.
  • Blend on high for 30 seconds.
  • Strain into a mason jar and add chia seeds — give it a shake.
  • Think of this as a concentrate, so do 1 part tonic to 3-4 parts sparkling water with ice! You can make it as strong as you want.

Notes

It’s like homemade ginger ale but better for you. The chia gels up and latches to toxins and brings them out of you making this the ultimate tonic if you’re under the weather – all the ingredients hold a purpose but together taste refreshing and amazing.
