I love a good Caesar salad. I mean, who doesn’t? I wouldn’t necessarily call a Caesar salad “a healthy option,” BUT have no fear. This one is clean without compromising ANY flavor ?
I mean, if this isn’t HE most indulgent summer salad, then I don’t know what is! Sweet melon, salty prosciutto two ways, salty mozzarella, spicy arugula, fragrant basil, and a juicy salt & pepper chicken. Chef’s Kiss!
You read that right, a Lobster-Bacon-Lettuce-Avocado-Tomato SALAD. AKA if a BLT Sandwich had a baby with a Lobster Louie Salad. I guess you’re WELCOME.
Salty, Sweet, Tangy, with a bit of crunch. This salad and its ingredients speak for themselves! I ended up not even adding protein to it, because it was SO delicious I devoured it before it was done…must use RIPE peaches or else!
I love an excellent lite SUMMER SLAW ? Especially when it’s the colors of a rainbow ? Great for tacos, as a side, as a salad main with protein, for a potluck, or a BBQ!
Super simple, packed with bursts of flavor. The mushrooms keep it nice and moist without adding tons of sauces and fillers!

I feel like we’re heading into “people popping by” season. Suns out, days are longer, and it feels more social. That being said I’m sick of a cheeseboard for my guests. I’m now into a big massive platter salad that is equal parts delicious, beautiful & filling!
