This is a staple. I truly use it for absolutely everything. When in need of some protein and in a pinch for time? Use this! Add it to dressings! Its universal!
A few ingredients + an underrated vegetable make for a delicious, hearty and simple side. I am all about vegetables that hold their own with very little work!
These are perfectly cooked, slightly crispy, a little browned, salty, garlicky and delicious. My mom used to make similar ones out of canned potatoes, and no word of lie, I prefer those but opt for fresh!
