Italian Chop Salad
I feel like we’re heading into “people popping by” season. Suns out, days are longer, and it feels more social. That being said I’m sick of a cheeseboard for my guests. I’m now into a big massive platter salad that is equal parts delicious, beautiful & filling! Serve this up with some gorgeous crusty bread ? and chef kiss! I don’t think I need to list the ingredients and measurements for this – use your intimation and heart! You literally can’t go wrong.
Ingredients
- Green Lettuce
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Persian cucumbers
- Roma tomatoes seeds removed
- Can of chickpeas
- Soppressata salami
- Mini Mozzarella balls
- Pepperoncini
- California black olives
- Torn Basil
- Dress with My everyday dressing with dried oregano
Instructions
- Layer all the ingredients and wow your guests!
- Keep these ingredients on hand for an impromptu dinner party this weekend! Also, look at all the colors! ?
Notes
This is also totally customizable to different people’s preferences and ways of eating – vegan? Take out the cheese and meat and still have the chickpeas for protein. Dairy intolerant, easy! Remove the non-invasive mozz balls. Everyone’s happy!
