Rainbow Nachos
I was craving nachos. So nachos I made. With a sprinkling of watermelon radish cause eat the rainbow ?
Ingredients
- 1 bag Siete cassava chips
- 1 cup organic cheddar (raw if you can find it)
TOPPINGS
- black olives
- pickled or fresh jalapeños
- radishes cut thin
- cilantro
- guac
- salsa
- red or green onion
- avocado
- greek yogurt or kite hill almond sour cream
- cherry tomatoes quartered
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet and preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Place the chips in a single layer and top evenly with half the cheese. Add another layer of chips and cheese. You want Rach chip to have some cheese on it.
- Cook in the oven for 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Top with ALLLLLL the garnishes and devour.
