You can use any citrus for this, but the mix of navel orange, blood orange, and grapefruit keeps every bite exciting. Sprinkled with thinly sliced fennel, pistachios, and fresh dill, + my EVERYDAY DRESSING — this salad will cut the heavy feeling from the holidays.
A recent trip to Austin inspired these — Eating in new cities is where I gather MOST of my inspiration! These chilled artichokes are the perfect solution to WOW-ing guests and saving time. Make them ahead, keep them in the fridge, plate them up, and voila…you’re a star! Or make them for yourself, because we need to treat ourselves well!
These are a staple in my fridge. I make a big batch almost every week, and they are gone! The perfect garnish for almost EVERY dish.
There was a French deli in Vancouver that was/is FAMOUS! Especially for their sandwiches and deli salads. One of those being the pasta salad. It was so simple, and so delicious and every bite with a caper in it was delicious! I cleaned it up and added a twist of my own.
This is also VEGAN and gluten-free.
I love an excellent lite SUMMER SLAW ? Especially when it’s the colors of a rainbow ? Great for tacos, as a side, as a salad main with protein, for a potluck, or a BBQ!
A few ingredients + an underrated vegetable make for a delicious, hearty and simple side. I am all about vegetables that hold their own with very little work!
These are perfectly cooked, slightly crispy, a little browned, salty, garlicky and delicious. My mom used to make similar ones out of canned potatoes, and no word of lie, I prefer those but opt for fresh!
