Clean Caesar Salad
I love a good Caesar salad, I mean who doesn’t? I wouldn’t necessarily call a Caesar salad “a healthy option” BUT have no fear. This one is clean without compromising ANY flavor ?
Ingredients
- 1 cup Primal Kitchen Foods egg-free avocado mayo
- 1 lemon juice of full lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp dijon
- 1 tbsp capers heaping
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce or brags liquid aminos
Instructions
- Blend on high and it’s done!
- I like to keep it simple tossed with some cold, crisp, fresh romaine.
Notes
I like to make some gluten-free croutons and shave some manchego cheese on top and *chefs kiss*
