Clean Caesar Salad

I love a good Caesar salad, I mean who doesn’t? I wouldn’t necessarily call a Caesar salad “a healthy option” BUT have no fear. This one is clean without compromising ANY flavor ?
Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Primal Kitchen Foods egg-free avocado mayo
  • 1 lemon juice of full lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp dijon
  • 1 tbsp capers heaping
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce or brags liquid aminos

Instructions
 

  • Blend on high and it’s done! 
  • I like to keep it simple tossed with some cold, crisp, fresh romaine.

Notes

I like to make some gluten-free croutons and shave some manchego cheese on top and *chefs kiss*
