Tuna “Butter” Board
Move on over butter board – make room for the TUNA BOARD! High protein, creamy, delicious, and a quick, easy snack for entertaining – or just eating!
Ingredients
- 2 cans Blue Harbor Fish Co. Wild Albacore Tuna
- 1/3 cup veganaise or mayonaise
- 1/2 lemon juice of
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
GARNISHES
- Lemon wedges, dill, jalapenos, capers, red onions
SERVE IT WITH
- Almond crackers, bread, cucumber, endive boats, carrots
Instructions
- Start by lightly combining all of the ingredients together. We don't want to over-mix, but want it to be a dip consistency. We really want the tuna to be the star!
- On a serving platter of your choice, lightly smooth the tuna mixture onto the center of your board.
- Disperse whichever garnishes you want and make it pretty – I used lemon wedges, dill, jalapenos, capers, and red onions…YUM!
- Surround it with your favorite dip vehicles and dig in!
- The highest protein dip there will ever be, and it is a HUGE hit!
