There was a French deli in Vancouver that was/is FAMOUS! Especially for their sandwiches and deli salads. One of those being the pasta salad. It was so simple, and so delicious and every bite with a caper in it was delicious! I cleaned it up and added a twist of my own.
This is also VEGAN and gluten-free.
CONFESSION ? I had @tacobell for the first time in my 35 years of living two weeks ago!!!!! I’m not going to lie, it was delicious. So naturally, I wanted to remake those crunchy, gorgeous little beef tacos my way – more nutritious, cleaner and a touch boujee ?

I went to Malibu for a walk and HAD to get a burrito from Lily’s but the wait was 45 minutes + a 45 minute drive so I said SCREW IT ILL MAKE MY OWN…and that’s what she did. Except grain free tacos.
