Roasted Wild Mushrooms
WILD MUSHROOMS 🍄 Simple, flavorful, succulent. Try these for a side with steak or on their own to snack!
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs wilds mushrooms I used pink, blue and yellow oyster
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 lemon zest of
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Separate all the mushrooms onto a baking sheet.
- Coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and lemon zest, and massage it all together. Add more olive oil if needed.
- Roast for 20 minutes until crispy and brown!
