Method
- Combine all the ingredients (minus the kale) in a blender or food processor - dressing is done.
- Prep your kale: Wash and dry it. Remove the stems. Roll it up and slice it thin
- Add a little salt and massage it down for about 40-60 seconds. Pour over the dressing and devour.
- You can also top with parm, pecorino, or nutritional yeast! ?
