Roast the corn and asparagus in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
In a saucepan, prepare the shrimp as per package instructions!
While that's all cooking, start assembling the salad. Chop the romaine and add that to a beautiful serving bowl, add the tomatoes, scallions, and cucs.
The veggies should be done by now. Slice the corn off the cob trying to keep big chunks, cut the asparagus into 1-inch pieces and add to the salad along with the feta.
Dress in my everyday dressing! And VOILA!!!!!!
