Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a skillet, dish, or pan (whichever vessel you use) with a non-stick avocado or olive oil spray.
- Prepare all of the fruit: wash, peel, cut, etc. You can make it chunky or not; it is very forgiving - I sliced my nectarines and apples and put the cherries and strawberries in whole. Tap them into an even layer!
- In a food processor or Vitamix, pulse the oats, ghee, maple syrup, walnuts, and hemp hearts until well combined and almost chunky and thick - about 30 seconds- 1 minute.
- Top the fruit with the crisp mixture evenly using your fingers to break it up. Bake for 45 minutes until slightly bubbling up the sides and golden! If you like it a bit darker, keep it in for an extra 10. If you like it lighter, decrease the cooking time by 10. It is literally SO forgiving and pretty foolproof!
- Serve with your choice of vanilla bean ice cream or by itself - honestly, it's so healthy you could have this for breakfast!
Notes
Top with whipped cream and some fresh mint.
