Start by browning a package of organic ground beef in a skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil
In another pan start sautéing 1 yellow onion for about 5 minutes.
Add 3 cups of a button & cremini mushrooms quartered. I add 1/4 broth to help them steam and cook down.
After about 10 minutes add salt, garlic, dijon, chili flakes, and Worcestershire sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Add 1 can of lite coconut milk, stir it, and add the beef back in.
Let this simmer for another 10 minutes. Taste for salt and pepper (maybe add some more Worcestershire sauce too!)
Serve over brown rice or egg noodles.
