Method
- Start by browning a package of organic ground beef in a skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil
- In another pan start sautéing 1 yellow onion for about 5 minutes.
- Add 3 cups of a button & cremini mushrooms quartered. I add 1/4 broth to help them steam and cook down.
- After about 10 minutes add salt, garlic, dijon, chili flakes, and Worcestershire sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Add 1 can of lite coconut milk, stir it, and add the beef back in.
- Let this simmer for another 10 minutes. Taste for salt and pepper (maybe add some more Worcestershire sauce too!)
- Serve over brown rice or egg noodles.
