Activated Matcha
Week one sans coffee ☕️, and I’m ok, and no one has died. But man, I miss its sweet succulence. For now, I’m mixing my matcha as I would drink my coffee, and it seems to be doing the trick:
- 1 packet foursigmatic each lions mane & cordyceps
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp mucuna
- few drops stevia
- 1 cup plant milk
Start by frothing your matcha powder with hot water, not boiling.
Then add all your functional ingredients, and froth those in.
Add warmed milk of your choice and enjoy!
