Roasted Wild Mushrooms

WILD MUSHROOMS 🍄 Simple, flavorful, succulent. Try these for a side with steak or on their own to snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 lbs wilds mushrooms I used pink, blue and yellow oyster
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 lemon zest of

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Separate all the mushrooms onto a baking sheet.
  • Coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and lemon zest, and massage it all together. Add more olive oil if needed.
  • Roast for 20 minutes until crispy and brown!
