Roasted Wild Mushrooms
WILD MUSHROOMS 🍄 Simple, flavorful, succulent. Try these for a side with steak or on their own to snack!
- 2-3 lbs wilds mushrooms I used pink, blue and yellow oyster
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 lemon zest of
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Separate all the mushrooms onto a baking sheet.
Coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and lemon zest, and massage it all together. Add more olive oil if needed.
Roast for 20 minutes until crispy and brown!
