Chimichurri Sauce
CHIMICHURI my way 👊🏼 Take a steak to the next level with this simple sauce. I also mixed it into cooked rice and wowowow.
Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vin
- 2 cloves garlic (or more if you want laser breath)
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp crushed red chili flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 scallions
Instructions
- Blend and pour over a perfectly done steak 🥩
