Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta to box instructions.
In your serving bowl, add the veganaise, grainy mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, capers & brine. Stir to combine.
Add the peppers, scallions, and celery. Also, stir to combine.
Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Add directly to the dish. Coat and toss the pasta in the dressing and veg. Chill it in the fridge for at least an hour - do not skip this step! They dressing will soak into the noodles and the flavors will marinade together!
Bring it out of the fridge and give it a big toss! Garnish with the dill and devour!
